9/11 reminds us that it makes sense to learn if there is a resurrection of the dead.

The Following is an excerpt from chapter 8 of the September 11th Epic Poem. The rough draft was written between June 2008 and May 2010. It is 2,000 lines long and has 1,499 rhyming pairs.

When life is here we live in fear
            Afraid that we will die,
But when we’re dead and life is fled
            We’re left to wonder why—
We lived with fears and wasted years
            In never-ending doubt,
And never took the time to look
            And find our futures out.
